National Digital Conference 2014 was organised under the theme #InnovateMyGov: Continuous Innovation to Achieve People-Oriented Services Excellence via Digital Engagement and Public Sharing of Information. The theme is also apt given the changes and new challenges confronting the public sector in the face of technological advancements. As part of Malaysia's national digital transformation initiative, the Conference played an important role in enhancing public service delivery through technology. It has also grown to attract participants from foreign governments and international IT firms to share their experiences and views in digitising public service delivery. The Conference thus serves as a vital platform for public sector digital practitioners to discuss real issues, challenges and solutions in improving government services, and demystify trends impacting public service delivery. This edition captures the main issues discussed during the conference.
